This air conditioner had to be broken down in order to get all the grass out. The motor was burned out. Usually, I can hose it off while it's still assembled but this was bad. We got it cooling again. Aaac Service heating and air

This a/c had a bad capacitor. It was buzzing but nothing was coming on. Do not let it try to start, it will get damaged. 
This furnace would not lite. I had a bad ignitor. The flame sensor was bad too. The bad sensor made the ignitor go bad. The sensor was crust and old it probably didn't help that its all in a damp basement. Aaac Service heating and air repaired it
